Addition to Seminar Checklist

Added the following wisdom to the Seminar Checklist:

• Careful with lunch. If your seminar is long enough that it has a lunch break, be careful with what you do. You certainly want to avoid the stitch and you definitely don't want to go out and eat something that's going to result in you farting on your partners for the entire afternoon.
  

You'd think it didn't need to be said, but seriously....
