Because typing things in a search engine can be too much work....

Why We Not Hit Hard? has put together an Amazon Web store (technically an aStore) to put all the products that we've reviewed (and liked) in one spot to make it easy to buy. The store has the not-too-painful URL of: http://astore.amazon.com/whwenohiha-20 or you can find it on the sidebar.

Of course, this is only for products that are sold through Amazon. Although they typically have very good, if not the best prices, it still may be worth your time to shop around the other big stores or go looking or sales (for instance, I don't think I've purchased _any_ of my gear from Ringisde at full price).
